Course Planning
The core activity of the Course Planning Unit is to plan, formulate, and Set up all the necessary functions & requirements needed for the running and maintaining the courses which includes preparation of course schedule, time table,venue confirmation,facilities arrangement etc. It also handles the change of schedule due to some unforeseen circumstances, which may arise due to Lecturers poor performance as per the Students Feedback, Management etc.

Student Support Services
The core activity of Student Service Unit is to Generate Student Profile, Monitor the attendance, activities of deferment, Withdrawals, Re-moduling, handling students feedback, Generating installment details of students, baring student from exam, advice about various payment matters to finance, Generate Nominal roll for both classes and exams. Upon release of result,SSU will receive from Exam Unit, informing student about supplementary exam, Appeal by students for re-corrections, keeping a track on student attendance & verify their leave and whether they are eligible for taking leave and send warning letter if they are not eligible to do the course / take the module of exam.

Resource Booking
Facilities department will monitors and maintains the Venue and Room booking system for all the operations. All the functional departments and MDC (Management Development Consultancy ) have to contact Facilities for their requirement with respect to Classrooms / Meeting rooms / Equipment etc.

Lecturer Management
One of the main functions of Lecturer Management is to Source, Identify, recruit and maintain teaching faculties both full time and part time. Lecturers are in Categories like Core Lecturers and Contract Lecturers. Core Lecturers are Lecturers of MDIS itself. Contract Lecturers are kept in bank since their recruitment after Skill Set Sourcing, University Approval for the course, which they may opt to conduct. It also takes care of the Contract Lectures Payment to inform Finance Department by processing their attendance at the end of every month.

Exam Management
The Core activity of Exam Unit is to take care of the complete evaluation of student performance through exams, projects and assignments and generate and maintain exam schedule from CPU, exam attendance, exam/supplementary exam/ appeal deals. The Invigilator Assignment for the Exams, Marking of Exam Papers are also maintained by assigning to the Exams and Payment advice is generated from Exam Unit and Passed it to Finance for further Processing.
